1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Pearl Shine Auto Spa ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our services and website.

2. Service Booking & Cancellations

Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or in person. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or staffing issues.

• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
• Late Arrival: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your appointment or a reduced service time.

3. Liability & Damage

Pearl Shine Auto Spa exercises the utmost care in cleaning and processing vehicles. However, we cannot be held responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage, rust, or loose parts (moldings, emblems, antennas).
• Damage to aftermarket accessories not disclosed prior to service.
• Loss of personal items left in the vehicle. Please remove all valuables before service.

Any claims for damage caused by our service must be made within 24 hours of the service completion.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices listed on our website are estimates for standard vehicles. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for:

• Excessive dirt, mud, or pet hair.
• Larger vehicles (SUVs, Trucks, Vans).
• Hazardous material removal (vomit, blood, mold) which requires specialized safety procedures.

Payment is due upon completion of services.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms and Conditions.
